We purchased a Barbie scooter for Hallie and a Spiderman scooter for Kaden for Christmas. Hallie meanders around on her scooter, not letting her foot off the ground for more than a split second (I think it is that controlling nature). Kaden on the other hand, can't seem to make his scooter go fast enough. He is constantly dodging and snaking throughout our house (or up and down the sidewalk). This is a sight worth taking in...brother and sister scootering around together!
Hallie is such a little mommy to her brother and baby sis. Kaden is...well...as rough and tumble as he ever has been. I am pretty sure he wipes out, scrapes a knee, hits his head, falls off a scooter, or bangs an elbow at least a half dozen times a day. Right now he has a black and blue (and rather swollen) right thumb, that he managed to smash between two 5 lb. dumbells. He did this merely seconds after dad told him "put the dumbells down or you will smash a finger."
Brylie is growing so fast. She is smiling, cooing, and nearly beginning to laugh at times! She is such a great baby (and a good sleeper too)! We feel blessed to have this precious addition to our family!
